Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or minimum 2 years of related building maintenance experience.
• Working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and pool equipment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform general repairs and maintenance across electrical, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, pool equipment and basic structural repairs.
• Maintain exterior areas: empty trash, sweep walkways, pick up litter, arrange outdoor furniture.
• Maintain interior common areas: empty trash, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, arrange furniture.

Phoenix Country Club, located in Phoenix, AZ, is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a Building Maintenance Technician! We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast‑paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon, you’ll contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.

Key Responsibilities

Perform general repairs and maintenance throughout the operation, including but not limited to electrical, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, pool equipment, and basic structural repairs.

Maintain cleanliness and appearance of exterior areas, including:

• Emptying trash receptacles and ashtrays
• Sweeping walkways and entry areas
• Picking up litter
• Arranging and maintaining outdoor furniture

Maintain cleanliness and appearance of interior common areas, including:

• Emptying trash receptacles and ashtrays
• Sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, and light cleaning
• Arranging furniture as needed

Learn and support the operation of building systems and equipment.

Identify maintenance issues and report needed repairs or supplies to the supervisor.

Maintain regular and reliable attendance.

Perform other duties as assigned to support Club operations.

Minimum Qualifications

Associate’s degree or a minimum of two (2) years of related building maintenance experience.

Working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and pool equipment.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards.
