Torreon Golf Club in Show Low, Arizona is seeking a full-time Maintenance Staff member to join our hospitality-focused property under Troon. We are looking for a driven individual eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced environment.

The role performs general repairs across electrical, mechanical, and structural areas, maintains interior and exterior cleanliness, and supports daily operations with reliable attendance.

Qualifications

• General repairs and maintenance across electrical, mechanical, and structural areas.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Reading/speaking English may be required to perform duties.

Responsibilities

• Performs general repairs and maintenance for all areas within the operation including electrical, mechanical, and structural aspects of buildings and grounds.
• Maintains cleanliness and appearance of exterior of the facility including emptying trash cans and ashtrays, sweeping walkways, picking up litter, and arranging outdoor furniture.
• Maintains cleanliness and appearance of interior areas including emptying trash cans, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, and arranging furniture.
• Identify and report to supervisor when supplies are needed.
• Regular and reliable attendance
• Performs other duties as required.

Compensation: $16.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Performs general repairs and maintenance for all areas within the operation including but not limited to electrical, mechanical, and structural aspects of the buildings and grounds.
• Maintains cleanliness and appearance of exterior of the facility including but not limited to emptying trash cans and ashtrays, sweeping walkways, picking up litter, and arranging outdoor furniture.
• Maintains cleanliness and appearance of interior areas of the facility including but not limited to: emptying trash cans and ashtrays, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, and arranging furniture.
• Identify and report to supervisor when supplies are needed.
• Regular and reliable attendance
• Performs other duties as required.

Education/Experience

• Less than high school education; or up to one-month related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Physical Demands

• Frequently uses hands, reaches with hands and arms.
• Regularly climbs, balances, stoops, kneels, crouches, crawls, stands, walks, sits.
• Frequently lifts or carries up to 50 pounds.

Environment/Noise

• Occasionally works in wet or humid conditions, near moving mechanical parts, fumes or airborne particles.
• Frequently works in outdoor weather conditions.
• Noise level is moderate.

Certificates/Licenses

• No certifications or licenses are required.

• Ability to read and speak English may be required in order to perform the duties of the job (e.g. the associates may be required to communicate with English speaking customers or co-workers, the manuals for the equipment the associates may use are in English).
