Phoenix Country Club is seeking a Building Maintenance Technician in Phoenix, AZ to support a hospitality-focused property. You’ll perform repairs across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and pool equipment, while keeping exterior and interior areas clean and well-presented for members and guests.

This full-time role emphasizes reliability and the ability to work independently within Troon’s global club management network.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or a minimum of two years of related building maintenance experience.
• Working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and pool equipment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform general repairs and maintenance across electrical, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, pool equipment and basic structures.
• Maintain exterior areas: trash, walkways, outdoor furniture.
• Maintain interior common areas: trash, cleaning, furniture arrangement.
• Learn and support operation of building systems and equipment.
• Identify maintenance issues and report repairs or supplies.
• Maintain regular and reliable attendance.
• Perform other duties to support Club operations.

We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon, you’ll contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform general repairs and maintenance throughout the operation, including but not limited to electrical, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, pool equipment, and basic structural repairs.
• Maintain cleanliness and appearance of exterior areas, including:
  Emptying trash receptacles and ashtrays
  Sweeping walkways and entry areas
  Picking up litter
  Arranging and maintaining outdoor furniture
• Maintain cleanliness and appearance of interior common areas, including:
  Emptying trash receptacles and ashtrays
  Sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, and light cleaning
  Arranging furniture as needed
• Learn and support the operation of building systems and equipment.
• Identify maintenance issues and report needed repairs or supplies to the supervisor.
• Maintain regular and reliable attendance.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support Club operations.

Minimum Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or a minimum of two (2) years of related building maintenance experience.
• Working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and pool equipment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards.
• Full-Time position (40 hours per week)
