Job summary

Pivot - A Turning Point for Youth is seeking a Facilities Coordinator in Oklahoma City to handle skilled building maintenance including carpentry, plumbing, and minor electrical work.

The role requires a high school diploma (or GED) and 3-5 years of related experience, plus CPR/First Aid and other safety certifications; a clean background and valid driver’s license are required. You will work under the Director of Facilities and ensure safe, reliable operations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; 3-5 years building maintenance experience.
• Pass a national fingerprint background check and drug screening.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance verification.
• CPR/First Aid certification within 90 days and ongoing safety training.

Responsibilities

• Perform skilled and semiskilled building maintenance and repair (carpentry, plumbing, minor electrical).
• Follow blueprints, manuals, and building codes to repair fixtures with appropriate tools.
• Conduct regular cleaning of Minisplits and paint machines/equipment to prevent corrosion.
• Install and repair electrical equipment, wiring, and lighting fixtures.
• Repair or replace plumbing components and fixtures; maintain walls, floors, ceilings.
• Maintain grounds and assist with general facility operations as needed.
