Job summary

Qualifications

• General knowledge of lawn care, plumbing and carpentry.
• Knowledge of mechanical equipment and repair preferred.
• Must have a valid Oklahoma Driver License and pass a drug test.
• Able to perform heavy lifting.

Responsibilities

• Keep furniture, fixtures, and the physical structure of all buildings in good repair.
• Perform painting, carpentry, and other maintenance duties; make minor repairs to mechanical equipment.
• Drive a vehicle as required.
• Provide carpentry work; paint surfaces according to instructions.
• Attend to plumbing, sewer, heating, air conditioning, and roof repairs.
• Mend office furniture; report to Maintenance Supervisor for daily instructions.
• Perform other maintenance responsibilities as assigned by supervisors.
