Job summary

Harris is looking for a Maintenance Sales Representative in Denver to build knowledge of HVAC and plumbing services, develop lasting customer relationships, and tailor maintenance solutions that address real business needs.

You’ll learn the business, connect with prospective customers, and support existing relationships, researching target markets, developing leads, and learning how to recommend maintenance agreements based on equipment and facility needs.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of customer service experience.
• At least 2 years of experience using Microsoft Office.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to communicate in English and work with standard office technology.

Responsibilities

• Develop leads and pipeline through research, prospecting, referrals, and outreach.
• Learn Harris’s HVAC and plumbing service capabilities through field exposure and mentorship.
• Identify prospective customers and tailor maintenance solutions to their needs.
• Review existing customer agreements and monitor satisfaction to identify improvement opportunities.
• Prepare proposals, cost analyses, and recommended maintenance solutions.
