Job summary

Harris Mountain West, LLC (Ogden) is seeking a Maintenance Sales Representative to learn HVAC and plumbing service capabilities while developing customer relationships and tailored maintenance solutions for facilities in the Denver area.

You will build knowledge through mentorship, field exposure, and collaboration with sales, service, and field professionals, supporting proposals, negotiations, and ongoing account support.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of customer service experience.
• Experience using Microsoft Office.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop foundational experience in consultative sales, business development and account management.
• Identify prospective customers and understand their operational needs to tailor maintenance solutions.
• Prepare proposals, cost analyses, and maintenance recommendations for customers.
• Review existing agreements and collaborate with service teams to support retention and satisfaction.
• Build a pipeline through research, outreach, referrals, and relationship development.
