Job summary

Haynes Mechanical Systems seeks a Maintenance Sales Manager to lead the Denver-based Maintenance Sales Representatives. You will coach, develop, and drive new accounts through consultative selling of annual service contracts to commercial facilities.

The role emphasizes leadership, strategic sales, and building lasting client relationships. Must have deep outside sales experience, solid team coaching ability, and knowledge of HVAC service offerings.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of outside sales experience with proven success.
• 5+ years of experience in B2B new business development.
• 5+ years selling services, service agreements, or contracts.
• Previous sales leadership experience preferred.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and maintain a safe driving record.

Responsibilities

• Hire and onboard new Maintenance Sales Representatives (MSRs) for the Denver region.
• Co-author an Associate Development Plan (ADP) with each direct report.
• Conduct annual performance evaluations and monitor progress toward ADP goals.
• Use Salesforce, Atlas, and Quadra with high proficiency; manage appointments, campaigns, pipeline, and pricing.
• Train team members on sales software and full sales-cycle adoption and usage.
• Execute annual sales plans and demonstrate leadership in strategic sales.
• Maintain knowledge of the Denver market, including verticals, competition, and macro factors.
• Build and maintain long-term business relationships leading to maintenance opportunities.
• Collaborate with General Managers and operational leaders in Denver.
