You’ll spend your time learning the business, connecting with prospective customers, and supporting existing customer relationships. You’ll research target markets, develop leads, participate in customer conversations, and learn how to recommend maintenance agreements based on a customer’s equipment, operating costs, and facility needs.
Working alongside experienced sales, service, and field professionals, you’ll build practical knowledge of HVAC and plumbing systems. You’ll also help prepare proposals, maintain accurate customer information, respond to service needs, and turn customer and building data into meaningful recommendations.
This role may include customer or equipment-site visits. Candidates must be able to sit and work at a computer for extended periods and, when needed, climb ladders, work in varying temperatures or at elevated work areas, carry a backpack, use small hand or electrical tools, and remove equipment panels during inspections.
