Job summary

Qualifications

• Must possess a high school education or equivalent.
• Minimum of three years in a supervisory maintenance role.
• Knowledge of boilers, compressors, generators, and related systems.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Familiarity with building codes and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, develop, and direct the Maintenance Department.
• Coordinate maintenance with Dietary, Nursing, Activities, etc.
• Supervise safety and fire protection programs weekly.
• Ensure contractors complete work per contracts and work orders.
• Develop maintenance budgets and monitor expenditures.
• Conduct regular rounds to verify duties and equipment are functional.
