Job summary

Mission Senior Living is seeking a hands-on Maintenance / Environmental Services Tech to support daily operations at our community in Durango, CO. You will complete and follow up on work orders, perform preventive maintenance, and handle custodial tasks to keep the building safe, clean, and functional.

Responsibilities include maintaining exterior areas, snow removal as needed, and stepping in for housekeeping when required.

Qualifications

• Free of non-treated communicable disease
• Holds current CPR/First Aid Certification
• Holds current driver's license

Responsibilities

• Complete and follow up on work orders
• Complete preventative maintenance tasks as assigned by the Environmental Services Director
• Complete custodial tasks including but not limited to snow removal, garbage removal, etc.
• Maintain overall cleanliness, safety, and function of the community including the exterior of the building.
• Participate in training any team members on the department specifics.
• Fills-in for housekeeping team as needed
