Guadalupe Senior Apts in Denver, CO seeks a Maintenance Technician to maintain the buildings, common areas, and grounds, support the Property Manager, respond to service requests, and assist with apartment turnovers. The role requires organization, dependability, and a service-oriented approach to keeping the community safe and welcoming.

Responsibilities include daily janitorial duties, unit turnovers within 3 days, painting, inspections, work orders, and vendor coordination.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in building maintenance field required.
• Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems preferred.
• Able to read and interpret technical manuals.
• Skilled with hand and power tools used in repair tasks.
• Familiarity with RealPage Maintenance Facilities.
• Basic English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain interior and exterior appearance of buildings and property via daily janitorial duties in common areas.
• Complete unit turnovers within 3 days of move-out.
• Perform painting and preventative maintenance per schedule.
• Assist with apartment and systems inspections.
• Respond to work orders and enter details into OneSite.
• Address maintenance emergencies, including after-hours as needed.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues; repair appliances.
• Coordinate with landscape contractor and vendors for quality work.
• Follow safety protocols and ensure regulatory compliance (REAC/NSPIRE).
• Provide excellent customer service to residents and internal stakeholders.
