Technical Skills: Develops and executes planned and preventative maintenance; diagnoses building and mechanical issues; installs, repairs, replaces, and maintains equipment; adheres to safety practices.
Leadership: Oversees facilities activities, conducts meetings, delegates tasks, coordinates with managers, and drives process improvements.
Customer Service/Communication: Interfaces with contractors and partners, documents tasks, and ensures timely responses to maintenance requests.
