Job summary

Thompson Fabrication is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Supervisor in Hermitage, PA, to ensure buildings and facilities are effectively maintained and safe. The role includes managing maintenance operations, supervising a maintenance team, and overseeing compliance with safety regulations.

Qualifications

Must have 7+ years of previous manufacturing maintenance experience.
Strong technical knowledge of building systems and equipment.
Experience maintaining mechanical systems and production equipment.

Responsibilities

Manage maintenance operations and schedule preventive and corrective maintenance.
Work directly with maintenance staff to complete all maintenance tasks.
Ensure HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and other systems are operating properly.
Oversee larger repair or renovation projects and coordinate with contractors.
Estimate costs and manage spare parts inventory.
Ensure maintenance work meets building and safety codes.
Coordinate maintenance budgets with Operations and Finance.
Manage work orders and inspection reports.
Coordinate maintenance shutdowns to reduce downtime.
On-call as needed for issues during off hours.
