Job summary

Laboratory Testing LLC in Hatfield, PA is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Manager to lead daily facilities operations, supervise a small team and ensure a safe, compliant, and reliable facility environment.

The role oversees buildings, grounds, utilities, HVAC, and safety systems; drives preventive maintenance; coordinates contractors and capital projects; manages budgets and reporting; and participates in Safety Committee initiatives to minimize hazards and downtime.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant industrial or facilities/maintenance experience.
• Knowledge of building systems, utilities and facility infrastructure.
• Experience developing or managing preventive-maintenance programs.
• Hands-on hydraulic and mechanical repair experience preferred.
• Ability to lead employees and manage internal service requests and budgets.
• Experience coordinating safety programs and responses.

Responsibilities

• Own the condition and service of buildings, utilities, HVAC, and related infrastructure.
• Manage internal facilities requests from intake through resolution.
• Oversee after-hours response and escalation for safety or major issues.
• Contractor management within approved authority and safety expectations.
• Lead facilities projects from scope to closeout and budgeting.
• Monitor budgets, forecast needs and report variances.
• Join Safety Committee and execute safety priorities.
• Develop a risk-based maintenance program for assets.
• Direct troubleshooting with technicians and vendors.
