Job summary

Cabinetworks Group seeks a Manager of Facilities Engineering & Maintenance for its Pennsylvania facilities. You will lead maintenance, manage budgets, and drive reliability initiatives, reporting on performance metrics and coordinating with operations leadership.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in engineering or related field, 5+ years in manufacturing/maintenance, and experience with RCM/TPM, Lean, Six Sigma, and CMMS systems. Supervisory duties and vendor management are included.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• Experience with development and implementation of RCM/TPM systems.
• Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma experience.
• Previous supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical engineering resource for the facility.
• Manage plant maintenance and facilities engineering functions to meet objectives.
• Develop and manage maintenance budgets and capital projects.
• Supervise maintenance team and external contractors as needed.
• Ensure environmental and safety regulatory compliance.
• Generate weekly/monthly scorecard reports and action plans.
