United Talent Staffing is hiring a Facilities Maintenance Technician for a manufacturing facility in the Mt. Pleasant, PA area.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced maintenance professional who enjoys troubleshooting, working independently, and keeping equipment and facility systems operating safely and efficiently. The role involves preventive and routine maintenance, troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, lighting, and general facility issues.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Experience in industrial or facilities maintenance preferred.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.
• Ability to read blueprints and wiring diagrams.
• Experience with HVAC, boilers, and chillers is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and routine maintenance on manufacturing equipment and facility systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, lighting, and general facility issues.
• Inspect equipment to identify potential problems before breakdowns or downtime.
• Respond to maintenance requests and equipment issues throughout the day.
• Perform general facility repairs and upkeep as needed.
• Assist with equipment installations and facility upgrades.
