The role combines hands‑on maintenance with preventive planning and performance monitoring to preserve facility integrity and appearance.

The position emphasizes supervising trades, enforcing safety, and coordinating with related teams while driving continuous improvement and reliable service delivery.

Competenze

• Broad knowledge of facility maintenance including carpentry, painting, plumbing, and light mechanical systems.
• Experience supervising or leading skilled trades or maintenance personnel.
• Strong understanding of quality control principles and facility upkeep standards.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
• Familiarity with maintenance work order systems and preventive maintenance planning.
• Commitment to safety and continuous improvement.
