Job summary

The role involves hands-on support as needed, coordinating with custodial and HVAC teams, maintaining work orders and documentation, and driving continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Broad knowledge of general facility maintenance including carpentry, painting, plumbing, and light mechanical systems.
• Experience supervising or leading skilled trades or maintenance personnel.
• Strong understanding of quality control principles and facility upkeep standards.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with maintenance work order systems and preventive maintenance planning.
• Commitment to safety and continuous improvement.
