Campus Federal in Baton Rouge, LA is seeking an Area Facility Manager to lead maintenance, operations, and the appearance of our facilities and assets. You will oversee building systems, vendor relationships, maintenance programs, and safety standards to support employees and members.

The ideal candidate is hands-on, organized, and committed to operational excellence, with strong communication and budgeting skills to sustain efficient, safe environments.

Qualificações

• Minimum of two years of facility management experience.
• Strong knowledge of building systems and vendor management.
• Ability to coordinate multiple projects and contractors.
• Experience managing budgets and maintenance schedules.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• FMP designation or related credential preferred.
• Supervisory or leadership experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily operation, maintenance, and appearance of Campus Federal facilities.
• Manage vendor relationships and service coordination.
• Prioritize maintenance requests and coordinate with vendors/contractors.
• Perform routine facility maintenance and oversee building systems.
• Maintain budgets and capital improvement planning.
• Coordinate recycling and sustainability initiatives.
• Oversee mail, package, and supply distribution.
• Serve as primary contact for after-hours emergencies.
• Support ITMs maintenance and basic troubleshooting.
• Assist with special projects and organizational initiatives.
