Job summary

Priority Management Group, LLC seeks a Facilities Maintenance Supervisor for a Lafayette, LA center. You will supervise Environmental Services staff, coordinate preventive maintenance, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance to support daily operations.

You will maintain maintenance records, manage supplies, and collaborate with nurses and staff to address service improvements and interdepartmental needs.

Qualifications

• High School diploma preferred.
• One to two years of supervisory experience in a commercial establishment with knowledge of maintenance procedures.

Responsibilities

• Oversees Environmental Services staff and daily work across center to ensure service levels while managing expenses and staffing.
• Implements and maintains preventive maintenance and record-keeping systems for center operations.
• Maintains documentation of maintenance activities, parts, and fuel supply; keeps equipment in good working order.
• Performs routine maintenance and repairs in compliance with applicable codes and regulations.
• Coordinates with residents, nurses, physicians, and staff on environmental services, infection prevention and service improvements.
