Qualifications

• Associates degree in Engineering, Business or related technical field preferred or experience in lieu of education acceptable.
• Preferred 3+ years’ experience in facilities or building management of like size property.
• Experience working in and/or administering maintenance parts inventory systems preferred.
• Experience overseeing vendor or contractors preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer TM Master work order, parts inventory and maintenance system.
• Maintain vessel and office maintenance/inventory parts system.
• Provide training and support on TM Master system.
• Coordinate renovations, repairs and general maintenance to minimize business interruption.
• Maintain inventories and ensure timely replacement of spare parts and equipment.
• Oversee vendors to ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget.
• Write technical scopes and manage bids for large building projects.
• Manage Facilities Department budget and capital improvements.
• Ensure building code compliance and occupational safety across office and warehouse.
