SP Plus Corporation is seeking a facilities maintenance attendant to perform cleaning, light maintenance, and customer service tasks at the Nashville garage. The role involves daily garage walks, reporting issues, painting, bulb replacements, and assisting customers as needed.

Flexible shift requirements with potential third-shift and weekend work are noted. The position requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent. May require facility maintenance, electrical and/or painting experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and cleaning tasks to keep the facility clean and safe.
• Walk garage daily to identify maintenance problems and report them.
• Sweep entrances and clean railings, offices, and restrooms.
• Paint surfaces as directed to keep a neat and professional appearance.
• Replace burnt-out bulbs and manage light maintenance tasks.
• Assist customers and respond to inquiries with a courteous attitude.
