Job summary

SP Plus Corporation seeks a Maintenance/Facilities worker in Omaha. The role focuses on keeping the parking facility clean, safe and well-maintained, with daily garage walks and basic repairs as needed. You will assist customers and help with housekeeping duties, reporting issues to the supervisor.

The position requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and may involve driving company vehicles depending on assignment. Some locations offer third-shift work and weekend availability.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; ability to perform hotel/garage maintenance tasks.
• Experience with facility upkeep, electrical or painting work preferred but not mandatory.
• Valid driver’s license may be required depending on location.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and cleaning tasks per checklists to keep the facility clean and safe.
• Walk the garage daily to identify and correct maintenance issues and safety hazards.
• Replace bulbs, manage trash, and assist with housekeeping duties as directed.
• Communicate with the Facility Manager and assist customers inside the facility.
