Job summary

SP+, a Metropolis company, is hiring for a facility maintenance/attendant role in Buffalo, NY. The position involves cleaning, maintenance, and basic customer service duties in a parking facility.

Responsibilities include daily garage checks, housekeeping, minor repairs, and assisting customers while ensuring safety and cleanliness. Candidates should have a high school diploma and a valid driver’s license; some positions require 3rd shift or weekend availability.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or a combination of experience and education. May require facility maintenance, electrical and or painting skills depending on assignment.
• The employee will be required to have and maintain a valid state-issued driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Availability to work special shifts; 3rd shift and/or weekends may be required.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and cleaning tasks to ensure facility is clean and safe.
• Walk garage daily to note and fix maintenance issues.
• Sweep, clean entrances, exits, rails and restrooms; empty trash; paint as needed.
• Replace bulbs and address oil spills; submit repair requests.
• Check gate arms, ticket spitters, and gate operations; assist customers as needed.
