The role involves facility maintenance, cleaning, and strong customer service on-site. You will interact with customers, support operations, and perform routine repairs and housekeeping to ensure a safe, clean garage environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid state driver's license and driving record.
• Availability for special shifts, including weekends/3rd shift if required.
• Ability to read, write and interpret English.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and cleaning per checklists to keep the facility clean.
• Walk garage daily to note and address maintenance issues.
• Sweep areas and maintain entrances, rails, and offices.
• Empty trash and maintain janitorial supplies.
• Paint surfaces and replace bulbs as needed.
• Report safety hazards and issues to the Facility Manager.
• Assist customers and resolve complaints; cover cashier/attendant duties when needed.
