Job summary

Mentor Technical Group is seeking an experienced maintenance professional to lead planned corrective and preventive tasks in a pharmaceutical/medical manufacturing setting. You will coordinate multi-craft teams and ensure accuracy of CMMS entries, labor and materials planning, and regulatory compliance.

The role emphasizes cGMP adherence, OSHA safety, and thorough documentation, requiring 5–9 years in facilities maintenance and strong reporting skills.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent from 2 year college technical school preferred.
• In lieu of degree, Technical College diploma with 10+ years of experience or equivalent.
• Experience in manufacturing or maintenance required.
• 5-9 years of experience in facilities-maintenance with thorough working knowledge of cGMPs.
• Strong knowledge of CMMS systems and related systems/software.
• Strong knowledge of work management processes, labor estimating, resource balancing.
• Good organization skills and technical writing ability.
• Knowledge of OSHA safety practices and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Develop and communicate work scope for planned corrective and preventive maintenance tasks involving multi-crafts.
• Coordinate with craft supervisors to identify contract support as needed to complete tasks.
• Ensure PMs are issued, tracked and completed per compliance requirements.
• Identify vendor resources and delivery capabilities for parts and materials.
• Develop, maintain and publish reports for planning and scheduling activities.
• Perform resource leveling for maintenance activities.
• Develop and maintain business processes related to job function.
• Adhere to cGMPs, company policies and safety/regulatory requirements (OSHA, FDA, etc.).
• Coordinate between maintenance groups and facility managers.
• Support other duties as needed by supervisor.
