Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of facility or maintenance experience.
• Minimum of three years of supervisory or management experience.
• Experience managing maintenance teams in commercial or industrial environments preferred.
• Strong knowledge of building systems incl. HVAC, electrical, plumbing.
• Commitment to safety and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee daily facility operations including maintenance, custodial, and safety.
• Develop and manage preventive maintenance programs and budgets.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors and ensure timely project completion.
• Maintain compliance with OSHA and local regulations.
• Monitor equipment performance and lead emergency response.
