Cox Automotive USA is seeking a Manager, Maintenance Management to lead maintenance and custodial operations at a Cox location. You will supervise staff, inspect facilities, plan budgets and coordinate with safety and procurement teams.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree and several years in facilities management, with leadership experience. Base pay ranges from $89,400 to $134,000 per year, with potential incentive compensation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 6 years’ experience in a related field.
• 1+ year of experience in management or lead role.
• Strong knowledge of facility and building maintenance codes and permitting requirements.
• Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and collaborative skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure efficient maintenance operations by supervising maintenance and custodial personnel and identifying current and future maintenance requirements.
• Inspect facilities, buildings and equipment to determine need and extent of service and staffing.
• Assign employees as necessary.
• Direct installation of, modifications to and maintenance activities on utility systems.
• Compile records of labor and material costs and prepare reports for management.
• Prepare facilities for events including set-up and breakdown.
