Job summary

Top Talent Recruiter is seeking a Manuf. Facility Services Manager in Wetumpka, AL to provide administrative and scheduling support to the Maintenance Department.

You will ensure effective communication, accurate records, and efficient coordination of preventive and corrective maintenance to keep plant operations safe and smooth. Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of administrative experience in manufacturing or industrial settings.
• Familiarity with maintenance operations, production equipment, or regulated plant environments is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook; experience with CMMS systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise daily maintenance activities across the facility.
• Verify cleanliness and facility conditions in GMP-compliant manner.
• Coordinate contractors and service providers with GMP and safety requirements.
• Support pest control coordination and maintain required records.
• Monitor HVAC, water, and compressed air systems; report issues.
• Maintain facility inspection logs, work orders, and audit documentation.
• Oversee exterior maintenance, docks, and building perimeter activities.
• Lead projects related to facility upgrades, repairs, or new installations.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations for industrial maintenance.
