  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook; experience with CMMS systems is a plus.

  • Coordinate contractors and service providers with GMP and safety requirements.

  • Maintain facility inspection logs, work orders, and audit documentation.
  • Oversee exterior maintenance, docks, and building perimeter activities.
  • Lead projects related to facility upgrades, repairs, or new installations.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations for industrial maintenance.

MANUF. FACILITY SERVICES MANAGER
WETUMPKA, AL
The Manuf. Facility Services Manager will provide critical administrative and scheduling support to the Maintenance Department. This role ensures effective communication, accurate recordkeeping, and efficient coordination of preventative and corrective maintenance activities to keep plant operations running safely and smoothly. Familiarity with maintenance operations, production equipment, or regulated plant environments strongly preferred.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
  • Coordinate and supervise daily maintenance activities across the facility, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
  • Verify cleanliness and facility conditions in compliance with GMP requirements.
  • Coordinate contractors and service providers in compliance with GMP and safety requirements.
  • Support pest control program coordination and maintain required records.
  • Monitor HVAC, water, and compressed air systems; report and follow up on issues.
  • Maintain facility inspection logs, work orders, and audit documentation.
  • Coordinate exterior maintenance, docks, and building perimeter activities.
  • Support emergency systems inspections and documentation.
  • Assist with waste management coordination and vendor services.
  • Manage maintenance schedules using CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) to track work orders and preventive maintenance.
  • Oversee the repair and troubleshooting of electrical systems, including high voltage and low voltage equipment.
  • Lead projects related to facility upgrades, repairs, or new installations, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and project timelines.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations related to industrial maintenance, including proper handling of high voltage and high voltage systems.
  • Conduct inspections of HVAC systems, mechanical equipment, and electrical infrastructure to identify potential issues before failure occurs.
  • Utilize tools such as ohmmeters and other diagnostic devices for troubleshooting electrical problems.
  • Collaborate with management to develop budgets for maintenance activities and capital improvements.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • High school diploma or GED required, associate degree in business administration, industrial operations, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of administrative experience, preferably in manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • Familiarity with maintenance operations, production equipment, or regulated plant environments strongly preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Dynamics; experience with CMMS systems preferred (KeepTrak, MaintainX, or equivalent).
  • Ability to communicate clearly and work with maintenance technicians, plant staff, and vendors.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive documentation and prioritize tasks independently.
  • Familiarity with HVAC systems, electrical wiring, project management principles, and safety standards in manufacturing settings.
