Hydro Extrusions in Oregon (Portland area) is seeking a facilities maintenance technician for day shift. You will perform repairs, coordinate with contractors, and ensure safety procedures such as lockout/tagout are followed.

Proficiency in English and basic math are required, with experience using measuring tools and CMMS software. Responsibilities include installing and assisting with new equipment, conducting preventative maintenance, and working with vendors.

Formación

• Must understand and follow basic commands in English.
• Basic math, calculator use, and tape measure reading.
• Ability to use precision measuring tools; HVAC knowledge is a plus.
• Troubleshooting facilities equipment and collaborating with vendors.

Responsabilidades

• Performs facilities repairs as necessary.
• Schedule and communicate with contractors.
• Performs lockout/tagout procedures per policy.
• Installs and assists with new and replacement equipment.
• Works with CMMS to create work requests.
• Performs preventative maintenance with regular inspections.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Schedule and communicate with contractors.
• Performs and lockout/tagout procedures according to company policy

generators/overhead doors/plumbing

Preferred experience

• Experience with roofing, concrete, and some structural facets
• Must have experience working with vendors
• Must have good computer skills. Experience with Microsoft office.
• Familiar with electrical diagram
