Hydro Extrusion USA, LLC in Portland (OR) is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Mechanic to perform repairs, schedule contractors, and manage preventative maintenance. This role requires basic English, math skills, and the ability to read a tape measure; HVAC knowledge is a plus.

• Must have ability to use precision measuring tools.

• Troubleshooting facilities equipment (generators/overhead doors/plumbing)

Responsibilities

• Performs facilities repairs as necessary.
• Schedule and communicate with contractors.
• Performs lockout/tagout procedures according to company policy.
• Installs and assists with new and replacement equipment.
• Works with CMMS system to create work request.
• Performs preventative maintenance with regular inspections.
• Other duties as assigned

What you will be doing

Preferred experience

• Experience with roofing, concrete, and some structural facets
• Must have experience working with vendors
• Must have good computer skills. Experience with Microsoft office.
• Familiar with electrical diagram
