Job summary

Provincial Senior Living is seeking a Facilities & Maintenance Manager for a single Independent Living community. This hands-on role oversees repairs, preventative maintenance, and building systems while contributing to the leadership team. The position is full-time with a Tuesday-Saturday schedule.

You will manage HVAC, plumbing, electrical work, and vendor coordination to ensure safety and regulatory standards are met. Requires 4+ years of maintenance experience and a high school diploma.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• 4+ years of hands-on maintenance experience.
• Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general repairs.
• Experience managing work orders and preventative maintenance.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer and systems proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Perform and oversee repairs, work orders, and preventative maintenance
• Maintain building systems including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical
• Inspect apartments prior to move-in and ensure readiness
• Respond to after-hours maintenance needs as required
• Coordinate vendors and support maintenance-related services
• Monitor maintenance budgets, supplies, and expenses
• Support housekeeping and community operations as needed
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards
