Job summary

A leading elder care provider is seeking a full-time Manager of Maintenance to oversee the general operating maintenance and repair of the facility. This role involves establishing preventative maintenance schedules, troubleshooting building systems, and ensuring community vehicles are in good working condition. Candidates should have a high school diploma, HVAC knowledge, and at least two years of maintenance experience, preferably in a senior living environment. Qualifications

• 2+ years in a property maintenance position, preferably in senior living.
• Advanced knowledge of building systems including HVAC, plumbing, electrical.
• Medically able to wear a NIOSH-approved respirator if required.

Responsibilities

• Establish and follow preventative maintenance schedule for all systems.
• Troubleshoot and identify issues with electrical and mechanical systems.
• Utilize Yardi work order system to manage maintenance issues.
• Ensure community vehicles are maintained and in working condition.
• Adhere to on-call requirements for emergency repairs.
