Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field or experience
• 5+ years in facilities, equipment maintenance, maintenance operations, or mechanical engineering
• 3+ years of supervisory or management experience
• Strong written and verbal communication across teams
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
• Knowledge of root cause analysis methods
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance of facilities, utilities, production equipment, and critical systems to meet KPIs
• Plan and direct scheduled and unscheduled maintenance to minimize downtime
• Manage maintenance performance, work orders, and asset records in the ERP system
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, DEQ, and ISO standards
• Support safety and environmental programs and system upgrades
• Oversee spare parts inventory and replenishment
• Evaluate technology trends and plan improvements
• Collaborate with management, production, and engineering on system upgrades
• Lead continuous improvement, root cause analysis, and corrective actions
• Coordinate facility, equipment, grounds, repair, and installation activities
• Manage capital projects including HVAC and DI/RO systems
• Support budgeting, contract review, recruitment, onboarding, training, and coaching
