ADUSA Distribution is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Supervisor to keep our distribution campus running safely and efficiently. This hands-on leadership role coordinates daily maintenance across shifts, develops a skilled team, and ensures projects, preventive maintenance, and repairs are completed on time and to standard.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of maintenance experience, ideally in a distribution or industrial environment.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
• Familiarity with standard maintenance practices and procedures.
• Certified on pallet jack, stand-up, and sit-down forklifts (or willing to become certified).

Responsibilities

• Plan, assign, and prioritize maintenance work across all shifts.
• Train, coach, and evaluate maintenance associates, promoting skill development and accountability.
• Perform duties of Maintenance Supervisor or Maintenance Coordinator as needed.
• Perform mechanical repairs and maintenance as required.
• Coordinate and oversee external vendor work and ensure compliance with safety standards.
