Job summary

AGC Electronics America is seeking a Manager 2, Facilities & Maintenance to lead facility, utility, equipment, and maintenance operations to ensure safe, reliable, compliant, and efficient manufacturing performance. The role focuses on achieving KPIs, minimizing downtime, and guiding a high-performing maintenance team.

Collaborating with Operations, Engineering, Quality, and EHS&S, this leader will drive preventive and corrective maintenance, capital projects, and continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years of facilities/equipment maintenance or mechanical engineering experience.
• 3+ years of supervisory or management experience in facilities/maintenance.
• Strong written and verbal communication across Maintenance, Operations, Engineering, Quality, and leadership teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Knowledge of root cause analysis methods.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities and deliver results on schedule.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance of facilities, utilities, production equipment, and critical systems to achieve safety, quality, delivery, cost, and reliability KPIs.
• Plan and direct scheduled and unscheduled maintenance to minimize downtime and maintain equipment readiness.
• Manage maintenance performance, work-order traceability, and asset records through the ERP system.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, DEQ and ISO standards.
• Support safety and environmental programs, including lockout/tagout and system upgrades.
• Oversee inventory and replenishment of spare parts for production and critical systems.
