The ideal candidate will manage repairs, preventive maintenance, purchasing of supplies, and collaboration with leadership to support uninterrupted facility operations in a fast-paced FQHC setting.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of facilities management experience, healthcare facility experience preferred.
• Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, lighting, security, and life safety systems.
• Experience coordinating vendors, work orders, and purchasing activities.
• Strong communication with staff and leadership.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily facility operations, maintenance needs, and repair requests across clinical and administrative spaces.
• Conduct regular facility inspections to identify safety concerns and maintenance needs.
• Coordinate with vendors for repairs, scheduling service visits, and reviewing invoices.
• Serve as primary contact for maintenance contractors, cleaning vendors, and other service providers.
• Coordinate medical equipment repairs and assist with facility improvement projects.
