Job summary

GEO Secured Services in Colorado is seeking a Facility Maintenance Manager to oversee maintenance across facilities, ensuring repairs are timely and cost-efficient, and supervising staff or external vendors in plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, and electrical systems.

You will coordinate with Corporate Project Development, manage budgets, review schedules, and monitor Building Automation Systems to reduce energy costs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent certification required; bachelor's preferred.
• Five years in construction, plumbing, electricity, HVAC, mechanical, carpentry or related work.
• Journeyman's certification in one or more trades preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate construction or remodeling programs and obtain permits.
• Develop and maintain maintenance budgets and costs.
• Review production schedules and estimate worker hour requirements.
• Direct workers in maintenance of facilities including BAS, safety, and energy usage.
• Supervise inmates/detainees receiving training in maintenance skills.
