Job summary

Walmart is seeking a dynamic Licensed Manager, Facilities Maintenance Operations to oversee predictive and preventative maintenance for facilities within a regional area. You will lead a team of technicians, ensuring safe, efficient, and sustainable operations for our buildings and associates.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business or related field or 4 years' experience in retail operations, content development, project management, or related area OR 6 years' experience in retail operations, content development, project management, or related area.
Must hold state certification and license for the state of work.
Licensing requirements vary by state.

Responsibilities

Oversee facility maintenance operations across the region.
Travel to sites ~50% or more; coordinate with store managers and leadership.
Maintain licenses, permits, inspections, and regulatory compliance.
