Job summary

Walmart is seeking a Licensed Manager/Plumbing in Facilities Maintenance Operations to oversee predictive and preventative maintenance for facilities within a regional area. You will lead technicians, ensure safe, efficient operations, and uphold high standards of service for stores and customers.

The role requires travel, licenses in the state of employment, and collaboration with managers and vendors. Compensation includes a broad package with bonuses, 401(k), stock purchase, and education

Qualifications

• General facilities/maintenance experience with 3–5 years preferred.
• Electrical, plumbing, or mechanical experience.
• Leadership, mentoring and development ability.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Travel 50%+ within the region and maintain state mechanical contractor licenses.
• Collaborate with Store Managers and Facility Services Leadership on facility needs.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors as needed.
• Provide reporting and analytics.
• Keep contractor licenses up to date and compliant.
• Participate in training to meet regulatory requirements and inspect sites.
