Job summary

Walmart is seeking a Licensed Manager/Plumbing in Facilities Maintenance Operations to oversee predictive and preventative maintenance across a regional area. You will lead a team of technicians, ensuring buildings operate efficiently and safely for associates and customers.

Role requires up to 50% travel, maintaining contractor licenses, coordinating with store managers and vendors, and providing reporting analytics to improve service quality.

Qualifications

• General Facilities Services / Building Maintenance experience (3–5 years)
• Electrical, plumbing, and/or mechanical experience
• Leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Travel 50%+ within the region; maintain Mechanical Contractor Licenses in the state of employment
• Coordinate with Store Managers and Facility Services Leadership on facility services needs
• Collaborate with vendors and contractors as needed
• Reporting and analytics on maintenance operations
• Maintain up-to-date contractor licenses and permits as required by code and policy
