Job summary

Walmart is seeking a Licensed Manager, Facilities Maintenance Operations to oversee predictive and preventative maintenance across facilities in a regional area. You will lead a team of technicians, work with store managers, and ensure safe, efficient environments for associates and customers.

Qualifications

• Licensed Master Plumber with 5 years’ facilities or related experience, or 3 years with a bachelor’s degree.
• EPA 608 Certification within 90 days of hire.
• Master Electrician license or equivalent in the state of employment.
• Valid plumbing contractor license and mechanical contractor licenses maintained.
• Experience in facilities management, construction management, electrical maintenance, or engineering.

Responsibilities

• Travel region approximately 50% or more to oversee facilities needs.
• Lead technicians, coordinate with store managers and leadership on facility services.
• Ensure regulatory compliance through inspections and permits; maintain licenses.
• Report analytics, manage vendors/contractors, and uphold safety standards.
