Job summary

MyPath is seeking a Maintenance Tech II to lead the maintenance team and ensure safe, efficient operations across facilities. You will coach staff, manage work orders in the CMMS, and supervise repairs, grounds, and minor projects to support other departments.

The role requires strong customer service, communication, and tool-handling skills, with the ability to walk lengthy distances, climb ladders, and lift as needed.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent combination of education & experience.
• Supervisory experience in maintenance preferred.
• Ability to walk throughout facilities; climb ladders; bend and reach.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Customer service oriented.

Responsibilities

• Maintain facility, grounds and equipment with professional leadership.
• Supervise maintenance staff performance and scheduling of tasks.
• Oversee CMMS, prioritize work orders, and ensure timely completion.
• Review invoices from contractors and service providers.
• Develop relationships with vendors for efficient operations.
