Job summary

Hireology is seeking a dependable Maintenance Supervisor to lead our maintenance operations, ensuring the facility remains safe, functional, and compliant. You will hire, train, and supervise the maintenance team while coordinating with contractors.

You will develop and implement a preventive maintenance program, inspect HVAC systems, boilers, water systems, and generators, and manage supplies within budget. Strong leadership and clear communication are essential to success.

Qualifications

• Experience in facility maintenance, healthcare or long-term care preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage preventive maintenance programs.
• Experience with HVAC, boilers, water and emergency systems.
• Ability to manage budgets and supplies.
