Job summary

MyPath is seeking a Maintenance Tech II to lead the maintenance team, oversee repairs and preventative tasks, and ensure a safe, efficient facility environment. The role includes supervising staff, coordinating with other departments, and managing CMMS work orders.

The ideal candidate will have supervisory experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining high attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
• Must understand the facility operations and how the maintenance department supports other departments.
• Prior supervisory experience in maintenance and scheduling is preferred.
• Ability to walk extensively within facilities during a workday.
• Ability to climb extension ladders, roof ladders, stepladders, and stairs as needed.
• Flexibility to bend/stoop, squat, kneel, reach and move in tight spaces during workday.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Perform duties of Maintenance Tech II with leadership to staff in the maintenance department.
• Provide coaching and mentoring to team; monitor performance and results.
• Manage repair and maintenance of facility, grounds, and equipment.
• Oversee CMMS; prioritize work orders and ensure proper documentation.
• Review invoices from contractors and vendors for compliance.
• Collaborate with other departments and external vendors to ensure efficient operations.
