FM Industries is seeking a Facilities/Maintenance Manager in Phoenix, AZ to oversee maintenance of the facility, equipment, and grounds, including electrical, plumbing and HVAC. role requires CMMS usage, regulatory compliance, and coordination with contractors.

Qualifications

• College diploma or equivalent and 5+ years management experience in facilities maintenance.
• Experience planning maintenance operations with strong mechanical aptitude.
• Familiar with CMMS and preventive maintenance systems (CMMS preferred).
• Ability to manage, plan, and supervise the work of design professionals, contractors, and administrative staff.
• Knowledge of building, fire, electrical and plumbing codes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid AZ Driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Knowledge and experience with equipment preventive maintenance programs.
• Utilize CMMS program for tracking work orders and preventive maintenance activities.
• Manage all aspects of the operation and maintenance of all facility related assets including building, grounds, HVAC systems, and general facility equipment.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, HAZMAT, water quality and Fire Safety regulations.
• Manage space utilization and vendor/contract negotiation and management, move logistics and stakeholder coordination.
• Oversee preventive maintenance and emergency repair of motors, electrical systems, HVAC and related equipment with vendors.
• Implement EH&S programs in all departments and units.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001/14001/45001 as applicable.
• Lead root cause investigations for injuries and incidents and ensure corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with environmental, health and safety laws and company policy.
