Qualifications
8 or more years of facility maintenance experience, preferably in a large-scale Industrial campus setting.
Extensive building systems knowledge.
Fundamental understanding of at least 1 discipline: Electrical, Mechanical, Water, Controls or Gas & Chems.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage a multi-discipline team of technicians.
Set high performance standards for Maintenance operations.
Inspect buildings’ physical plant daily.
Plan and schedule all maintenance work on facility assets.
