Qualifications

• 8 or more years of facility maintenance experience, preferably in a large-scale Industrial campus setting.
• Extensive building systems knowledge.
• Fundamental understanding of at least 1 discipline: Electrical, Mechanical, Water, Controls or Gas & Chems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a multi-discipline team of technicians.
• Set high performance standards for Maintenance operations.
• Inspect buildings’ physical plant daily.
• Plan and schedule all maintenance work on facility assets.
