Qualifications

• 3 or more years of experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role.
• 1 year working as a Maintenance Manager, Supervisor, or Building Engineer.
• Understanding of written and verbal English.

Responsibilities

• Lead team of Service Technicians, Facilities Technicians, and Housekeepers.
• Manage upkeep of the physical asset and community grounds.
• Perform inspections and repairs in various areas.
• Manage the daily inventory of apartment homes to support leasing.
• Schedule contractors and vendors as needed.
• Inspect property for safety hazards and correct them.
• Participate in training classes and mentor subordinate technicians.
• Maintain accurate records regarding maintenance and inspections.
